What was the highlight of De Rougemont Manor
We had a lovely stay.
Beautiful old house, we loved the setting, views of fields. We liked the swimming pool and the nature reserve. There were some very nice staff, especially reception and the cleaning staff.
Breakfast wasn’t great but it was ok. We were very sorry to hear it is closing down and parts of it are to be demolished for 40 houses. Especially as some of the nature reserve will be destroyed.

Good apart from the lift being out of order
The location and breakfast was great . One thing that was not good the lift to our room, which was on the top floor was out of order which was a bit of a downer as we are both nearly 80 . Other than that all was fine good.

Just a bit more attention to detail
Location was good for where we needed to be.
Too many stairs going up and down especially when carrying cases, it was a bit like Fawlty Towers! Missed breakfast as we didn’t know the opening times.
